 THE PROBLEM

Does this sound familiar?

Your organization is committed to equity, but not everyone is on the same page about what that is.

You have training for equity and belonging in your strategic plan, but you are not sure how to operationalize these values.

Surface conversations about diversity and inclusion are boring some and frustrating others on your team. You want to go deeper and include everyone, but there never seems to be enough time. You know that a one-day lecture or training is not adequate.

You are in charge of equity at your institution, but never have enough time to actually teach everyone basic concepts.

Are you tired of feeling like your team needs to work towards equity, but don’t know how to do it authentically?

Imagine everyone on your team talking about what it really means to work for justice for all.

Get help moving from surface DEI talk to real conversations about history, justice, and how to take action.

Our clients get the tools to train themselves and invite everyone into leadership.

Provide meaningful justice + equity training to everyone on your team that leads to real action without juggling schedules.

Don’t just take our word for it

See what leaders have to say

“Our team had been looking for a foundational equity, diversity, and inclusion training for almost a year. We found other EDI-related trainings to often be surface-level and prescriptive. We wanted to go deeper with a learning tool that would offer a critical examination of power along with tools for practical application.

We found that Justice at Work provided just the right frame for us. It offers a balance of introductory concepts, self-reflection, intersectional examination of power, and tools for organizational change. Our entire staff is taking the training and deeply appreciating it. This content is one of the key tools informing our next strategic steps in each department and across our entire organization.”

Jen Hsu-Bishop, Chief Equity Officer, United Way of South Central Michigan
